WEBVivofit 4 pairing failed. 9898836 over 3 years ago. I tried to re-pair my garmin vivofit 4 to my phone and garmin connect app prompt pairing failed. The syncing icon on the garmin device stops before completing the pairing progress bar. I had to replace my batteries. Since then I no longer have have any of the functions and cannot pair my device.

WEBDec 6, 2023 · Vivofit 4 stuck syncing. Just wondering if anyone has had issue with the vivofit 4 stuck in a loop of trying to sync, freezing, then trying to sync again? I was out today and the thing quit working. I tried the reboot recommended in the user manual (hold button down for 10 seconds) and it went back to the home screen and then back to sync mode.

WEBHello. Replaced the batteries in my Vivofit 4. The screen only works while I'm holding down the button. I held it down for 1 min. It shows the time, and the signal symbol. When I let go of the button, the screen goes black again. - I have checked and cleaned the contacts - I have ensured the gasket is in place. Please advise.

WEBWhen I go back home I don’t wear my Fenix 5, so I use my Vivofit 4 so as to keep tracking steps and monitor sleep. 1. After steps are recorded and sync from Garmin Connect/Cloud. On the Vivofit 4, steps kept on accumulated accurately which is fine. But on the display itself, the steps do not zero at midnight and kept on accumulating on 2nd day.
My 2nd Vivofit 4 has just failed due to moisture ingress.
WEBMy first Vivofit 4 was gifted to me last October but by the time December arrived I discovered one day it had died. I naturally assumed battery, although in reality I was hoping for more than 8 weeks based on the 6-12 months advertised. I carefully removed the 4 screws and discovered moisture inside and rust colouring around one of the batteries.
