Gweda Lodge is a luxury game lodge situated in the Mabalingwe Nature Reserve, near the town of Bela-Bela. The lodge sleeps 10 adults and 6 kids in 5 luxury air-conditioned bedrooms.
Spacious, beautifully appointed, well maintained, beautiful location, staff were excellent. really enjoyed our time there.
Some of the aircons were not working. There is a window in the loft room that does not have a curtain. Some suggestions: The ladders in the loft rooms are quite precarious… Could do with a railing ...
The house is very spacious and big enough for a large family holiday. It comes standard with a Chef and helper that take care of you during the full duration of the trip.
The bedroom upstairs has an amazing view however it’s made for children as you often have to bend to get out of bed
the Chef Andrew did his best and our guests loved the food it was very nice to just enjoy our friends and not having to prepare the food
1. Just a concern that our food/condiments was used by the chef for his consumption (i did had a word with him) 2. The cleaning lady Jaquiline is not trained properly & the kitchen/...
