Actually it opens at 11:00, not before and not after. I am not exactly sure until what time it will continue but for sure before the day light go down. Please note that there can be a queue almost all the time from locals also due to the church. In case the whether is not good or suitable, they will not operate on that day. I hope this is helpful.
