Hi Charlotte, if you by 9-3 mean a Tour from 9 am till 3 pm, the answer is no, not to my knowledge with Adria adventure. But there are other agencies letting out kayaks in the City of Dubrovnik. I suggest you either google for instance kayaking Dubrovnik or contact Adria Adventure. In my experience they are very helpful and I expect they might help eventhough they do nor themselves have an option that sults your needs.
