The Aiken County Coroner's Office recently confirmed two people died Sunday night in a Graniteville house fire. Just before midnight, the coroner's office was called to a house fire on the 100 block of Taylor Pond Road in Graniteville, according to a news release. Two people were pronounced dead at the scene at 1:08 a.m. Monday.
