Australian Olympic breakdancer Rachael “Raygun” Gunn will not compete in the Olympics again. Gunn, who made her Olympic debut at the 2024 Paris Games, faced viral attention following her performance — there are now nearly 100 thousand TikTok posts with the hashtag #Raygun.

I’m not wildly into following sports, but I did find Raygun one of the highlights of this year’s Olympic lineup. Raygun, whose actual name is Rachael Gunn, is a 37-year-old Australian breakdancer who skyrocketed to fame back in August.
