The family of Tupac Shakur has hired powerhouse lawyer Alex Spiro to investigate any potential links between Sean Combs and the murder of Shakur, Rolling Stone has confirmed. The news follows reports that the late Los Angeles rapper’s family have hired a team of investigators to ascertain if the Bad Boy Entertainment founder had any involvement in his death.

Diddy has gotten himself stuck in yet another controversy as a 1996 murder case of an American rapper Tupac Shakur has resurfaced, which has some serious links to Sean Combs’ involvement, alleged the murder case investigator.

A judge who denied Sean "Diddy" Combs bail is no longer assigned to the music mogul's federal sex trafficking case. Combs' case was reassigned on Oct. 3 to Judge Arun Subramanian, who replaces Andrew L. Carter Jr. as the judge overseeing the case, according to court records viewed by PEOPLE.
