The world’s fourth richest person sold some of his Amazon shares on Friday and Monday–and may be selling nearly $2 billion more soon.

Jeff Bezos recently sold approximately $737 million worth of Amazon stock, executed under a prearranged trading plan (Rule 10b5-1). This sale, involving around 3.3 million shares, coincided with Bezos' wedding in Italy.

Amazon founder and executive chair Jeff Bezos sold shares worth almost $737 million in the e-commerce giant in late June, according to a regulatory filing on Tuesday.
