If the Texas Longhorns have to turn to backup quarterback Matthew Caldwell, head coach Steve Sarkisian knows they'll be in good hands.
Caldwell has become a microwave of sorts for Texas’ kitchen. Texas fans might see more of Caldwell in their next matchup against the Vanderbilt Commodores, as Texas coach Steve Sarkisian gave an update on Manning during his weekly Monday morning news conference.
