COLLEGE STATION — Texas A&M first-year coach Mike Elko provided a little insight into his approach on who starts in a game — and not just at quarterback. Elko during his weekly radio show was asked by host Andrew Monaco if quarterback this Saturday against Bowling Green is a “game-time decision” between sophomore Conner Weigman and freshman Marcel Reed.

Marcel Reed was great in his first collegiate start, accounting for three touchdowns to lead No. 25 Texas A&M to a win at Florida last week. Coach Mike Elko wouldn’t say whether Reed will lead the team again this week when the Aggies host Bowling Green or if Conner Weigman will be back under center.
