One town in Ohio ranks among the top 10 rattiest cities in the U.S., according to a report from Orkin, a national pest control company.

The 2024 rankings, released on Monday, reviewed new residential rodent treatments between last September and this August, helping “Orkin better understand how likely homeowners in each city are to have a rodent problem.

Chicago is not the only major city with rodent woes, however. Los Angeles, in second place, and New York, at third, have been in the top three since 2017. New York state has the most representation on the list, with five cities—New York, Albany, Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse—making appearances.

Chicago — which was briefly attached to a rat-shaped hole in a sidewalk this year — took the top spot again, marking a decade of ratty dominance.
