CLARK COUNTY, Wash. — PeaceHealth is set to acquire four Providence clinic sites in Vancouver, the hospital system announced on Thursday. Providence and PeaceHealth have entered a definitive agreement. Pending the regulatory review process, the clinics will be transferred to PeaceHealth.
