Much of Scotland is being battered with high winds as Storm Bert enters its third day. The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for wind with gusts of up to 60mph (96km/h) that could cause travel disruption and power cuts. The warning covers the Western Isles, parts of the Highlands, Fife reaches as far south as Glasgow and Edinburgh.
