(CNN) – Anne Hathaway has signed on to star in “Verity,” the film adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s best-selling book. Hathaway will play Verity Crawford, a famous author who becomes incapacitated in a car accident, leaving her unable to finish her latest book series.
