Disney’s networks went dark on Google ’s pay-TV platform YouTube TV after negotiations to reach a licensing deal failed, the companies said in separate statements late on Thursday.

Disney content has gone dark on YouTube TV, leaving subscribers of the Google-owned live streaming platform without access to major networks like ESPN and ABC.

The channels went dark in roughly 10 million homes shortly before midnight eastern time.
