The Pink House has been at the center of controversy for years now. The long unoccupied two-story house was built in 1925, and has become a local icon. But, it's in rough shape, sinking into the salt-marsh, with a whole list of problems that led the FWS last year to put the well-known house up for auction or face demolition.
