The newly constituted investigative committee decides to publish the final report on the MS Estonia accident; survivors and relatives of the victims seek justice and want the wreckage removed.

For the seventh time, the investigation commission calls on a survivor of the MS Estonia crew to find out what happened on the bridge when they realised the ship was in an emergency situation.
