The 2025 NBA Cup knockout stage begins on Tuesday night

The NBA Cup moved into the quarterfinal rounds with two games in the East Tuesday and two in the West on Wednesday.

NBA Cup games in the group stage, the quarterfinal round and the semifinal round all count as regular season games. That means that teams who don't make the quarterfinal or semifinal actually have a couple new games added to their schedule to make sure everyone plays the same 82 games.

The Thunder and Spurs will meet in the NBA Cup semifinals in Las Vegas on Saturday after winning their respective quarterfinal matchups on Wednesday. The Thunder improved to 24-1 on the season with a blowout home victory over the Suns.

The Oklahoma City Thunder have altered their regular season schedule as a result of making the Final Four in the NBA Cup in season tournament.
