The Kansas City Chiefs ' second-year wide receiver took part in practice on Thursday. Worthy suffered a shoulder injury on the opening possession of Kansas City's Week 1 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers in Brazil. Last season, Worthy totaled 59 receptions for 638 yards and six touchdowns.
