How Pontiac Built A Front-Wheel Drive Muscle Car - MSNIn 2004, Pontiac unveiled a concept at SEMA called the G6 GXP. It sported exterior styling reminiscent of the recent GTO, Bilstein suspension, a 276-hp V6, and a six-speed manual.
With Pontiac's new performance GXP designation, you could find Solstice models, the G6, and the short lived G8 also with a GXP trim.
