The Porsche Macan EV is finally out, but the automaker has continued selling the gas model alongside its newest counterpart. Rumors initially pointed to that situation continuing, at least for the foreseeable future,

Porsche will continue producing gas and hybrid cars alongside EVs well into the 2030s, and a new one arrives this year.

In addition to announcing plans to develop a new gasoline SUV to replace the Macan, the company also expressed its long-term commitment to ICEs. CEO Oliver Blume revealed during the Annual Press Conference that the Cayenne and Panamera will retain gas power "far into the 2030s.
