Tennessee Titans coach Brian Callahan has announced two of his most important offseason acquisitions will "miss significant time" and are "very, very likely" to head to injured reserve. Titans center Lloyd Cushenberry III and safety Quandre Diggs are both headed to the shelf with injuries sustained in Sunday's 20-17 overtime win against the New England Patriots.

The Titans lost starting center Lloyd Cushenberry III and starting safety Quandre Diggs to season-ending injuries.

Diggs, who signed a one-year contract earlier in the offseason, now faces a 6-9 month recovery period and may have played his last game with the Titans. Diggs stepped into the defense and played a huge role in the unit’s success. His loss will be a big blow for the Titans moving forward.
