The Emperor protects! Warhammer 40K fans, it appears you won't have to wait nearly as long for a new Space Marine game as you did for a sequel to the 2011 original. Games Workshop announced today that Saber Interactive and Focus Entertainment are working on a new installment in the series.

Focus Entertainment has confirmed Warhammer 40k: Space Marine 3 is on its way and will feature the same brutal warfare that we all love. It's going to be developed by Saber Interactive and will follow the path set by Space Marine 2. As of now, there's no release date for Space Marine 3 and no details on what it could include.

Space Marine 3 is in development. Saber Interactive confirmed the news with a press release and a somewhat silly teaser featuring the star of the last two games standing still in rain near the new game’s logo.
