Nakia Holmes, who helped started the Turkey Leg Hut and, over nearly a decade, oversaw its rise to prominence as one of the city's most popular restaurants, was charged Wednesday with hindering apprehension after allegedly trying to stop the arrest of a man who was accused of assault and kidnapping.
