CHICAGO (CBS) — At least one person was killed and nine others were hurt in shootings across Chicago, according to police. The ages of the victims range from 16 to 67.

CHICAGO -- At least nine people have been shot, one fatally, in gun violence across Chicago so far this weekend, police said. A man was fatally shot inside a vehicle on the city's West Side late Friday night, Chicago police said.

Four people fatally shot on a commuter train in the Chicago area early Monday appeared to be attacked while asleep in their seats, police said in an afternoon update.

One person was killed, and seven others were injured in weekend shootings across Chicago as of Saturday evening. The ages of the victims range from 17 to 39. The first shooting of the weekend left two people injured on the city's Near North Side.

At least 22 people have been shot, three fatally, in shootings across Chicago so far this weekend, police said.

I-90 northbound near Irving Park Road. A suspect, later identified as 40-year-old Daniel Morales, allegedly got involved in a road rage incident with another driver, resulting in Morales firing shots at the victim.

Chicago police said a black sedan was heading northbound on Halsted when it collided with another black sedan in the intersection.
