S.I. man charged in NYC sucker-punch shocker that left woman, 81, injured
Hansel Esparragoza was arrested on Thursday morning for allegedly critically injuring the woman on Sept. 13 at about 7:09 p.m. in the vicinity of West 66th Street and Amsterdam Avenue, according to a statement from the NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information.
