The crash happened around 2 p.m. when the driver of a pickup truck, 53-year-old Kevin Johnson, of Ruther Glen, Virginia, lost control on I-83 south near exit 33 for York Road. His pickup truck crossed into oncoming traffic, hitting two vehicles and a mobile crane driven by 61-year-old James Hutson, of Ephrata, Maryland State Police said.

A Lancaster County woman is charged with homicide by vehicle and involuntary manslaughter in a crash that killed two people. Northern Lancaster County Regional police said Beth Fife, 51, of East Earl, was traveling 93 mph in a 55 mph zone just seconds before the Dec. 1 collision with another vehicle on Route 322 in Penn Township.
