Netflix’s The Lincoln Lawyer, much like Prime Video’s Bosch, has actually turned me onto the Michael Connelly novels on which they are based (rather than the other way around). Connelly is the quintessential legal thriller writer (and leagues better than the later works of John Grisham).

Thankfully, The Lincoln Lawyer got to air all of season 3 in one big binge, rather than season 2 which was split up in Netflix’s annoying new release pattern. As such, it managed to stay on top of Netflix’s top 10 list for longer than it would have,
