Former Oregon Duck and current Los Angeles Chargers starting quarterback Justin Herbert is leading the NFL with only one interception in eight starts. His one turnover through the air is the least of all NFL quarterbacks starting every game.

A fresh haircut isn’t the only thing that had Jim Harbaugh feeling good on Monday. His Los Angeles Chargers are 5-3 at the midway point of the season and in possession of the AFC’s sixth seed after Sunday’s 27-10 victory over the Cleveland Browns.

It should have taken Jim Harbaugh a little bit of time to turn the Los Angeles Chargers around. They had an interesting roster, but not one that really fit the style of play Harbaugh prefers. And the Chargers hadn’t won anything of note in a long time.
