Reaching bowl eligibility for the third straight season wasn’t easy for San Jose State. After starting the season 4-1, the Spartans lost two of their next three games. But SJSU clinched a bowl berth on Saturday, rallying in the fourth quarter for a 24-13 victory at Oregon State.

Oregon State definitely played with more vigor and more precision than their previous game, but Saturday's result against San Jose State was yet another loss. T

Walker Eget had 395 yards passing, including a 36-yard touchdown pass to Nick Nash, who finished with six receptions for 161 yards and San Jose State beat Oregon State 24-13 to become bowl eligible.
