STUART, Fla. (CBS12) — A 17-year-old boy is accused of battery after he allegedly punched a 70-year-old woman at a rally in Stuart. The Stuart Police Department (SPD) said on November 2, officers were monitoring a rally at the north end of the Roosevelt Bridge when, at 11:40 a.m., several people alerted them that a woman had been struck by someone.
