An American Airlines flight from Wichita to Washington, D.C. was involved in a crash near Reagan Airport Wednesday night.

Sixty-seven people are presumed dead following a collision between an American Airlines flight and an Army helicopter.

Duggins, 30, was an accomplished attorney, who was on her way to becoming a law professor at Howard University in Washington DC. Before her law career, she competed in several pageant competitions, becoming Miss Butler County. Then competing in the Miss Kansas pageant in 2014 and 2015. She made it into the top ten both years.
