Another potential Senate primary could be in the 7th District, where two Democrats, Cynthia Mangini and Nathan Wolliston, have registered to oppose Sen. John Kissel of Enfield, a ranking Republican on the Judiciary Committee. It would be a replay of the 2024 primary won by Mangini, who lost to Kissel in the general election.
