The Bruins had to go without Matt Poitras on the third line in the third period of a 2-1 loss to the Islanders Thursday night. But Poitras plans to be available when the Bruins visit the Pittsburgh Penguins Saturday, having recovered from a freak incident in which he slammed into the Islanders’ bench door frame.
