Heat applesauce in a pan. When it bubbles; dissolve the jello in it. Make sure the jello dissolves completely. Add the 7-Up and orange juice. Put in a pretty bowl and chill until firm.
Dissolve gelatin and candy in boiling water. Stir in applesauce and lemon juice. Chill until partially set. Stir in walnuts. Pour into crystal bowl or 8x8 inch square pan. Blend remaining ingredients.
