A man has been arrested and is facing federal charges for allegedly selling the rifle used in the deadly shooting during an ROTC class at Old Dominion University, according to court documents.

New information from Tucson Police reveals that the suspect accused of shooting two victims near the intersection of Kolb and Golf Links has been located and taken into custody.
