Almost two weeks after sustaining an eye injury from a July 4 fireworks-related incident, ex-Steeler Najee Harris has received an injury update courtesy of ESPN — and it’s looking like the new Chargers running back will start training camp on the non-football injury/illness list.

Chargers running back Najee Harris will likely begin training camp on the active/non-football injury list, general manager Joe Hortiz told reporters on Wednesday.

The running back’s agent, Doug Hendrickson, released a statement assuring that his client only suffered superficial injuries and will be good to go for the 2025 campaign.
