Edgbaston is home to Warwickshire County Cricket Club and is located in the southern suburb of Birmingham. It was England’s youngest Test venues until Chester-le-Street was inaugurated in 2003.
Warwickshire County Cricket Club, who are nicknamed “The Bears”, play at Edgbaston cricket ground just outside Birmingham city centre. In 2012 they were crowned as county champions.
The 16-year-old struck 116 runs off 165 balls in the first innings of a match against Warwickshire at the Edgbaston Cricket Ground in Birmingham.
