Microsoft has confirmed that it's still working to fully address a known issue that causes bright white flashes when opening the File Explorer on some Windows 11 systems.

Microsoft’s Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 26220.7961 for 25H2 fixes File Explorer flashes, adds voice typing for renaming, and restores Administrator Protection.

The changes are small, but they bring File Explorer closer in line with the rest of the operating system's aesthetic.

I'm cheating on one of these, but hopefully my explanation makes sense.
