Portland Trail Blazers interim head coach Tiago Splitter shares his first comments since Chauncey Billups was arrested for a poker scandal.

Chauncey Billups is on leave as coach of the Portland Trail Blazers and faces charges of wire fraud conspiracy and money laundering conspiracy.
