Vancouver, Wash.-based PeaceHealth is planning to acquire four medical clinics from Renton, Wash.-based Providence, according to an Oct. 3 report from The Columbian. The acquisitions will be finalized in December, and will be renamed to reflect PeaceHealth's ownership.
