Healthcare-focused company Sagility India Limited’s on Tuesday (November 5) kicked off their Initial Public Offering (IPO) and got off to a modest start with a 22 per cent subscription rate on the first day or Day 1. Sagility India Limited opened its public offering with an aim to raise funds at a price band of Rs 28 to Rs 30 per share.

The grey market premium of Sagility India was Rs 0 as of 10:53 a.m., implying no gains over the IPO price, according to Chittorgarh's unit InvestorGain. The estimated listing price based on the GMP is Rs 30 per share.

Employee reserved portion has been filled 1.22 times overall. In the NII segment, it received 6% subscription.
