Tomas Rivas, charged in the fatal mass shooting at Young Park in Las Cruces, was granted a continuance by Judge Douglas R. Driggers March 26; a preliminary hearing is set for April 7.

Those suspects include Tomas Rivas, 20, Gustavo Dominguez, 17, Nathan Giovani Rivas, 17, and Josiah Ontiveros, 15. All four were arrested and charged with three open counts of murder each.
