The investigation led to the May 12 arrest of Kenneth and Tina Key, both 60, and their daughter Katlynn Key, 23, of Victorville.

Kenneth Michael Key, Tina Marie Sheffield Key and Kaitlynn Marresa Key were all charged with six counts of torture and one count of child abuse in relation to the alleged physical, emotional, and mental abuse of six foster children they cared for.
