West Michigan’s first snowfall is on the way, at least for some, with accumulation possible. The first round of precipitation expected late in the morning on Wednesday will be in the form of rain. After a break into part of the afternoon,

The first snow of the season has fallen as early as October, while some years it has taken as long as early December. Typically, West Michigan gets its first 1” or greater snowfall during the third week of November.
