BAYFIELD, Wis. – The U.S. Department of Interior has posted signs around the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore seeking reports from visitors of any information at the park considered anti-American.
Signs installed earlier in National Parks earlier in June asked for feedback on signs "that are negative about past or living Americans." Comments viewed by NPR didn't provide the requested feedback.
Anacapa Island is one of five islands that make up Channel Islands National Park off the coast of Ventura, CA and is composed of three islets: East, Middle and West.
Signs in National Parks ask visitors to report "negative" information about Americans.
