A pedestrian was taken to a hospital Monday night after being hit by a vehicle in Oklahoma City. The Oklahoma City Police Department responded to the area of Southwest 89th Street and Western Avenue,

Francine Vice said it wasn't out of the ordinary for her to see police cars outside the apartment complex down the street as she pulled up to her daughter's Northwest Oklahoma City home Monday morning.

According to the Oklahoma City Police Department, officers responded to the area of NW 23rd St. and Villa Ave.

During these extreme temperatures, the Homeless Outreach Team (HOT) is making sure the most vulnerable population is being helped.
