Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico arrived in Uzhhorod for a meeting to discuss bilateral relations between Ukraine and Slovakia, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal announced on Jan. 24.

The meeting between Shmyhal and Fico is taking place in Uzhhorod. The Ukrainian PM noted that the agenda includes bilateral relations between Ukraine and Slovakia and support for European initiatives.

Blanár also noted that the Slovak government had offered the Ukrainian side to hold the peace summit in Slovakia during a joint intergovernmental meeting in early October in Uzhhorod.
