Legend of Zelda stans have now discovered a brilliant brand-new strategy to cheese Echoes of Wisdom - drowning enemies in a lone cube of water.

The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom gives players several old-school dungeons to explore. Part of these will involve solving puzzles and, of course, defeating a big boss (or two). If you’re wondering how many dungeons are in Echoes of Wisdom, we’ve got you covered.

Echoes of Wisdom takes the charm of 2D Zelda titles and adds the creativity and freedom of TOTK to create a fun if not flawed adventure across Hyrule.

If you get annoyed by enemies that are flying or too far for your usual echoes to reach, boomerang boarblins are the way to go. Even better, this one is the stronger version, which you can find in the western Gerudo Desert, so they’ll make quick work of any flying enemies giving you grief.

Echoes of Wisdom is the first time in a mainline game that we've been able to play as Zelda, but if we miss our good boy Link? Thankfully, a glitch that involves a sign, some mist, and some menu shenanigans has been found that will let you play through Echoes of Wisdom as Link.

Echoes of Wisdom bring back the franchise's classic template, but it also seems to be filled with returning favorites.
