Crimo did not attend Wednesday’s session. A guard told Judge Victoria Rossetti in the morning that he had checked on Crimo earlier Wednesday and the defendant indicated he did not plan to come to court. The guard told the judge that he checked in again at lunch, but Crimo again declined to come to court.

In a case with such an unpredictable defendant, no one knows for sure what might happen when jury selection is set to begin Monday morning.
